3Q08 Contest Update
We have a contest running on the number of detached sales in SD County for the third quarter. The closest guesser will receive two tickets to a Chargers' game, but after yesterday.....not sure how much of a prize it will be.

I didn't make that very clear, the contest started a while back, and these are the contenders.
The total of 4,140 closings with two weeks to go is surprising, given the guesses. The winning total is going to be at least 4,500 the way it's going, which would make it higher than all but six of the guesses!
(Follow CA renter though, she is always in the hunt on these contests)
