3rd Quarter Contest
Want to guess how the third quarter is going to turn out?
We've seen sales dropping steadily over the last three years - but the sales of bank-owned properties has picked up lately. What can we expect for 3Q08?
Leave your guess in the comment section - how many sales will there be of detached SD County homes in the third quarter of 2008? The winner will receive two tickets to a San Diego Chargers game!

3925 -- because I too believe we will see more and more cave ins by the banks at the very low end but the hurt on the high end will be massive (think even worse than Jim's most recent post).
