3rd Quarter Contest
Want to guess how the third quarter is going to turn out?
We've seen sales dropping steadily over the last three years - but the sales of bank-owned properties has picked up lately. What can we expect for 3Q08?
Leave your guess in the comment section - how many sales will there be of detached SD County homes in the third quarter of 2008? The winner will receive two tickets to a San Diego Chargers game!
Currently there are 12,543 active listings, and 3,791 pendings.

My girlfriend is from Denver, and loves football. Too bad I have no clue how many sales there will be in third quarter. I'd rather guess how many lenders will be left!
