WTF is that? Please tell me how that house got appraised for $368,000 three years ago?
I love how you seem to be doing your best to avoid the mirrors when you do these videos! The last several videos have close calls as you can just about see you and then you dart out of frame.
This house (or comparable unit) will go for $100k or less within the next 36 months.
My opinion.
I've been told to keep the focus on the property because I have a face made for radio....

Wait a second, Keith. Jim got caught pretty good in that bathroom mirror. :)
LoL. Tell the truth, how many takes did you need before you could do that walkthrough deadpan? "Permits for that," "extra rental income," "junior office." Gold, pure gold.
I usually just go with the first take, but this one took three, but it was because of the dueling ice cream trucks out front creating a racket.
Pure Garabage. How was the smell? I agree with Mercutio.Mont
That was absolutely hilarious. Made my day.
What a dump. Don't forget to wipe your feet on the way out. Which bank owns that gem? I'm guessing 368K was 100% financed.
"Extra rental income" priceless....
Jim, I've watched two of your videos now, and I don't know how you do it. I guess we have to make a living somehow but I just don't see how you can turn a profit on these crap properties that take so long to process. I don't think I could do these videos in just one take either (or not without a stiff drink).
60% off, AKA the barrio discount
Love the sound effects in the video. Sounds like screaming neighbors and dogs barking. Add in the ice cream trucks...pure paradise! :)
While the extra rooms are funny, it's sad to think some people have to live that way. Probably had 10-15 people living there. Good neighborhood, too!!! ;)
A gallon of gas and a match could clean that up nicely.
Someone will buy this, add a coat of paint and rent it out to people like those who lived there before.
At the right price, this can make a decent rental property. Not the best place to live, but again if the price is right. Back in LA cramming different people into one rental is common, I've seen rent go between $200-$600 for a small room.
